We're pretty confident you're going top love what you ordered. But if it's not love at first wear, no hard feelings. Returning or exchanging is simple, and the shipping cost is on us!

That's 50% longer than the 30 day window most brands offer, because deciding whether something is truly yours shouldn't come with a countdown clock.
How to start a return or exchange
To start a return or exchange, email support@theundun.com with your order number. We'll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, or if you prefer, we're happy to issue store credit instead. Either way, we'll process it within 5 to 7 business days of your return reaching us. Depending on your bank or card provider, it make take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
A couple of things to note
- Unworn and unwashed items, in their original condition, with all original tags still attached are eligible for returns.
- No return fees, no exchange fees. We cover standard shipping in both directions, because charging you to find the right fit would be a little ridiculous.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Final sale items are final.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Just include your request when you start your return and we'll get the swap moving. Exchanges are available while inventory lasts. If the piece you want is sold out, we'll help you find an alternative, or issue a full refund. Your call.
Damaged?
If something shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, don't ship it back just yet! Just SEND US A PHOTO when you start your claim and we'll usually sort it out within minutes, often without you sending anything back at all. Our product is engineered to perform, and if a piece didn't hold up its end, that's on us to fix.
Fair Play
We're genuinely here for you. To keep this policy sustainable for everyone, we may limit or decline returns in case of excessive or abusive return activity, even the most understanding breakup has its limits. If we ever need to look into your account, we'll reach out to you directly first.
