Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached and proof of purchase. Think of it as a first date that did not work out. No hard feelings, just send it back clean.
To start a return or exchange, email info@theundun.com with your order number. We will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, or if you prefer, we are happy to issue store credit instead. Either way, we will process it within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return.
A couple of things to note: original shipping is non-refundable, return shipping is on you unless we got something wrong, and final sale items are final.
Exchanges for a different size or color are available while inventory lasts. Simply include your exchange request when you email us and we will take care of it. We also reserve the right to limit returns if we notice an unreasonable return pattern, because even the most understanding breakup has its limits.
